How the trial, cancellations, and refunds work for your Luna Celestia subscription and your one-time natal-chart report. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service.
The monthly subscription is charged at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically every month until you cancel. If you previously started with a trial, it converted automatically into the monthly subscription when the trial ended.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no email or support request needed.
When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that.
We do not refund the current subscription period once it has started, unless the law requires it. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period you are already in.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU right of withdrawal below.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services, without giving a reason.
For the one-time natal-chart report, you agree that generation begins immediately and you expressly waive this 14-day right once the report has been generated and delivered — after which it can no longer be refunded on withdrawal grounds.
The natal-chart report is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. See the withdrawal note above for how the right of withdrawal applies once it has been generated. In addition, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee: if the report is not for you, write to hello@lunacelestia.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
