These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Luna Celestia (the "Service"), a subscription horoscope and astrology product. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides horoscopes, natal-chart readings, and related astrology content for entertainment and personal self-reflection only. It is not advice of any kind.
Nothing in the Service is, or is a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you are in crisis, or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Astrological content is not factual prediction and no outcome is guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.
The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription or a report, or otherwise use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a single-use magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data after a short grace period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is offered as a subscription that begins with a €1 trial lasting 7 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a recurring plan of €9.99 per month.
Your subscription then renews automatically each month at €9.99 until you cancel. The price is shown to you at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed after that. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the current period except where required by law.
Separately from the subscription, you may buy a one-time natal-chart PDF report. This is a single payment, not a recurring charge, and it does not affect your subscription.
Once you request the report we generate it and deliver it to you as a digital PDF. Because it is personalised digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is waived once generation has begun and the report has been delivered (see section 8).
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. This means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record for your transaction and handles billing, tax, and payment compliance.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout, and receipts and billing notices are issued through Paddle.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services without giving a reason.
By starting the trial or subscription you may begin using the digital content immediately. Where you have expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
For the one-time natal-chart report you expressly request immediate delivery of personalised digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the report has been generated and delivered to you.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
The Service — including its text, design, and generated readings — is protected by intellectual-property rights and remains ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private enjoyment. Any report you buy is for your personal use only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on the content, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [REVIEW: Slovenia / the EU], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of [REVIEW: Slovenia], again without prejudice to your mandatory local rights.
