These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are the agreement between you and us for your use of Luna Celestia (the "Service"), a subscription horoscope and astrology product. You accept these Terms when you create an account, start a trial, or use the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

The Service gives you horoscopes, natal-chart readings, and related astrology content for entertainment and personal self-reflection. It is not advice, and it does not predict the future.
The content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything you read here. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional straight away.
Astrological content is not factual prediction, and we guarantee no outcome. You alone are responsible for the decisions you make.
An automated system creates your readings and reports. We compute your chart from the birth data you provide, then a third-party AI provider writes the text from those astrological inputs. We do not review each reading individually before you receive it.
Because your readings are automated entertainment content, they are not an individual assessment of you and have no legal or similarly significant effect on you. If you have a concern about a reading, email us at hello@lunacelestia.com and a person will look into it.
The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 to create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription or a report, or otherwise use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a single-use magic link. Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data after a short grace period, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
The monthly subscription gives you the full reading of your day, every day. It is charged from the moment you buy it, with no trial period; if you previously started with a trial, it turned into a recurring monthly plan when the trial ended. The price that applies to you is shown at checkout, before you pay.
The subscription then renews automatically every month until you cancel. Checkout shows you the exact price and whether it includes tax, which depends on your location.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no email or support request is needed. When you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. We do not refund the current period unless the law requires it.
You can buy the PDF report of your natal chart with a single payment: it is not a recurring charge and does not start any subscription. The purchase also includes 7 days of personal sky emails and, afterwards, the occasional offer about our services: you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
When you request the report, we generate it and deliver it to you as a digital PDF. Because it is personalised digital content delivered at once, you waive your right of withdrawal for it as soon as generation begins (see section 9). Independently of this, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, described in our Refund Policy.
Dodo Payments processes payments as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. Dodo Payments — not us — is the seller of record for your transaction and handles billing, tax, and payment compliance.
Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments's buyer terms, shown to you at checkout, and Dodo Payments issues your receipts and billing notices.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services, without giving a reason.
When you start the trial or subscription, you ask us to begin providing the digital content at once. Where you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
For the one-time natal-chart report, you expressly request immediate delivery of personalised digital content and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have generated and delivered the report.
Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the content; do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; and do not use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or where we must for legal or security reasons.
If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, you keep access for any period you have already paid for, or we refund it where the law requires. Ending your access does not affect rights or obligations that arose beforehand, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The Service — its text, design, and generated readings — is protected by intellectual-property rights and stays ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private enjoyment. Any report you buy is for your personal use only.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on the content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, tell you. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
The laws of Slovenia govern these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia, again without prejudice to your mandatory local rights.
